most likely lease ended and they may be relocating to a new spot
also most are down sizing these days and going up market
maybe they looking for a new spotor they closing cause of profits, maccas world wide are having profit issues, most people are moving towards healthy eating (was some SMH article about this the other days)
They are getting in before the "managed income" scheme kicks off and they wont have any customers
