I state this with no background information however, so much fake maple syrup around…
I think the yogurt itself is very good for you / low in sugar but when you look at some of the flavoured ones, that's where the sugar is. The good thing is that the flavouring is separated from the yogurt so if you are really concerned you can control the portion of flavour you eat.

have to 'agree' with the sugar content - there's two Apple Cinnamon ones sitting on my desk from being handed them at Town Hall - 14.9grms in the 140gr pack !! Will make my own with their greek yoghurt, cinnamon and oats at home tonight, sans sugar !!

The difference between "steel cut" and rolled oats is completely negligible, only tiny differences in GI rating and calorific content, in fact "ordinary" rolled oats have lower saturated fat, but again, only marginally so.
Had a tube (or whatever the heck you call that receptacle) of the coconut variety when they were giving them away at QUT a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed it! Wouldn't pay the asking price.
Were they giving these away at multiple exits or just the big one in front of the "under construction" place? I only managed to get some Cranberry ones, so just wondering if there were multiple flavours at that exit or there were other people handing it out.
Cranberry yoghurt was nice but not too special, but I enjoyed the chewy oats.

I like Chobani in the tubs, and the lack of added sugar is nice too, but looking at the ingredients for the Banana Maple flavour I picked up, and with sugar as the second listed ingredient I am not impressed.
Why Chobani, Why?
