It's like they don't want our money. Only way to get the PPV legitimately in Australia is to have Foxtel and then pay $59.95 on www.mainevent.com.au. If you don't have Foxtel then there's no other way to purchase the PPV.

There's a legitimate Chinese stream on CCTV5 for free but you need a China VPN to watch it. If you want to explore your options here's a list of all the services for other countries which you can possibly exploit with a VPN: http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/apr/29/how-much-does-t…

Otherwise you can choose to stream it illegally, I'm aware of about 4 sites I could use but based off watching them for UFC, it will lag. Additionally, considering it's 5x bigger than any UFC fight, these streams will lag immensely.

Last alternative is to watch at a pub.

    • If u watch the China stream, will commentary be in Chinese?

      • Yes

        • CCTV5, is that like FTA in China? Not sure if TVpad has it.

        "…will commentary be in Chinese?"

Not a big deal, surely; I mean boxing's pretty self-explanatory ('… and that was big hit to the head, and he's down…' (etc.)

  • I don't know anything about boxing. Why is this fight between these two such a big deal?

  • Never seen more dancing from mayweather than all the step up movies combined.

    • Add a bit of the romantic genre to that, floyd was hugging him all the time

Ah well, no one can deny that the best boxer on the day won it. Not the best man, but the best boxer. The weatherman was actually pretty brilliant the way he seemingly effortlessly was able to diffuse everything Pacman tried. The fact that he even stopped protecting his bead much in the last three rounds and got a bit 'Ali' with it said it all really. I was amazed at how skilled they both were at dodging punches, while trying to reply almost simultaneously. And their stamina amazed me as well. Twelve rounds at that sort of pace, and both well into their 30s…

I guess if you'd paid thousands for a ticket and were hoping for major hits/ maybe a KO etc. you probably would've been pretty disappointed. But I really enjoyed watching it, despite the lack of many punches connecting. Both very talented boxers.
