  That's a network camera for surveillance. OP wants to do video conferencing with his PC, so will want something USB based.

Are you after high quality? Logitech Quickcam C920 is really good, and it's been recently superceeded, so it's relatively cheap - StaticIce says $80 at MSY.

On the cheap end, for a really basic webcam, Logitech C110 can be had for under $10.

As long as the video quality doesn't distract the viewer of my video interview, any webcam should do. (my upload speed is about 0.7 Mbps, so that would limit my higher end selection a bit I imagine)
