    Since shipping is only $1, you're only saving $1.

    As to fast and furious boxset, the bluray set from Amazon is far better deal at about $50 shipped.
    Or wait till the set is complete (once they stop making them lol)

    Replace "these days" with over 5 years ago and I agree then. Dvd should no longer be sold, it's a farce.

      Unfortunately, some of the tv series are still stuck within the DVD-land as oppose being available on blu ray

        Almost all shows are available in 1080p via iTunes, Amazon and the like.

      Seems like most people are still content with DVD. Blue ray hasn't caught on with a lot of people.

        If you have children, most (I think) vehicular systems are still running on DVD systems. Unsure if the latest cars have blu ray players in-built within them. Hence, the notion of a growing number of new movies that cannot be used within the car. Alot of the time, the kids titles do have the Blu-Ray + DVD packs however available.
