Somewhere cheap to fix shoes and watches in Melbourne CBD

Hi,

I am looking for somewhere cheap that can re-sole shoes and replace watch batteries in Melbourne CBD.

Some places charge $25 to re-sole a pair of shoes, thats more expensive than the price of the shoes!

Any pointers would be great. Thanks!

If your shoes are that cheap just buy new ones
