Can I Send a Private BX4 Box (Parcel) Using The eBay Post System to Get The $15 Flat Rate?

Is it possible to do this if the item you are shipping wasn't a item sold on ebay?

Based on those measurements from the box and provided it's under 5kg it's $15 to send it using mailman. So why bother stuffing around with ebay.

Thanks I was unaware of mailman. Are there any other places that do flat rate postage?
Ebay would still be handy as you can use any post office to hand over parcel?

I'm sure click and send does not do flat rate bx4 boxes anymore.

  You're right, the one item they don't have. I thought it had the same options as eBay's postage.
