It did make me log in to Facebook after filling in the form (as per the title).
it auto logged me into facebook , wtf for,… then the form went blank
i tried to re enter the details it said its been used by that facebook and email already.

Don't worry, it worked in that case. There is no email confirmation and the 'thank you for entering' that appears near the submit button (after submitting) is really hard to read as it's in white font as well.
None left. Better tag this as sold out.
