Can't say if it is a reliable site, but it seems to be a legit site:
New York Times story from April last year:
Mr. Neves, a 39-year-old Portuguese entrepreneur, has figured out an answer with his website, Farfetch.com, which provides an Open Table-like platform that connects shoppers to 300 boutiques from all over the world.
He has turned his six-year-old site into a big business, and, apparently, a very appealing investment. Farfetch has raised $66 million in its latest investment round, on top of the $42.5 million it had already raised over the previous three years. The start-up had more than $160 million in sales last year and is quickly becoming one of the more intriguing players in the online shopping world.
I've used it a few times and its sort of like an upmarket amazon.
Look at who the boutique is but generally they offer service expected in the luxury market.

I purchased some shoes, they were in perfect condition and $400 cheaper than buying from here. Just be weary which boutique its coming from. Perhaps do a google search of the boutique its coming from as there is a lot of negative reviews for farfetch due to some boutiques.
Don't buy it from them, horrible customer services, send me empty box without the actual item, and after over a month's of investigation, simply arranged a refund instead of getting the item to me.
Worst place to shop online, and if you look carefully, their prices aren't that cheap, Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter is much better!
