      Why neg me? OP wants a place that does end of lease cleans, spackbace's post has a cleaning service that doesn't do lease cleans.

        Wasn't me!

        And even though they don't do 'end of lease' cleans, getting them into an empty apartment for 3hrs should be close enough to it. You just might have to go back and do the finer things (window fittings, door tracks etc).

  Something to take into consideration when hiring cleaning companies for end of lease cleaning.

  Usually the real estate company has a 'go-to' company they usually go to for such purposes. Yes, if you choose to go with them it might end up more expensive. But bear in mind if the agent has an issue with the job, the agent will take it up directly with the cleaning company.

  However, if you choose to engage your a cleaning company of your choice, if the agent is unsatisfied with the work performed, it will be up to you to either chase it up with the cleaning company, or fix it up yourself.

  How do we find out the real estate's go to agencies for cleaning, other than inquiring with agent?

    Ask your agent what is their recommended cleaner and get a quote from them.

  Recently went through airbnb with a 2 bed 1 bath unit.
  costs quoted roughly 250 (we paid $230) including steam clean of carpet and re-clean if agent wasn't happy.
