  • Try Snowscene.com.au - but it's not hard to organise it yourself.
What do you have in mind ? How many people and what ages ?

Car hire might be a prob.

Fly into Queenstown, taxi to accom (15 minutes away).

Stay here http://www.yha.co.nz/hostels/south-island-hostels/yha-queens… absolute lakefront. Grab some snags and have a BBQ dinner in the park.
And there are other backpackers like Bumbles and Hostels like Nomads. All will have great atmosphere.

Hire gear here http://www.rentsnowgear.com/ you'll get 40% discount till end of April, then 30% till end of May etc
Hire the clothes as well to save on luggage. Use the jacket at night pubcrawling.

    Closest Skifield is Remarkables. http://www.nzski.com/fullReport.jsp?site=theremarkables
Catch the mountain bus from city centre right to the snow every 20 mins. $20 return (use to be free). Get ski passes either at the snow or at the city centre office.
Return skis after each day to RSG for them to store and pick them up again the next (skiable) day. They are very flexible. Mountain Bus starts/stops across the road.

On day 1, get you ski gear fitted after 9am - ready for early pick up the next day. Spend the rest of the day in town or check out the cable car, toboggan ride or Zip Line near by.

Get Fergburger for dinner at least once. You'll be back !!
