Recalls Australia - an iOS app by ACCC - Updated Daily - FREE

Following the recent news coverage of the Hep A contamination on the mixed berries and looking at the updates on current food recalls - I came across this website and app that can be downloaded. It applies to ACCC recalls on non-perishable items and large ticket items as well. For those wishing to keep informed and be aware of any past product faults/recalls this is quite a good app to download. It looks to be regularly updated and best part is its free. I hope that it will come in handy to some people.

One example that came up as product recall as at 16/4/15 is "Mix Pack Durex Condoms sold on Groupon sold between 12/3/15 and 10/4/15".

    ACCC Recalls Australia…

    Can lead one to believe that.

    The app has been recalled
    Australia has been recalled.

    I realise its the way they have placed it on the itunes site.

    But maybe

      I think ACCC Australian Recalls would have been slightly better.
