Was hoping someone else could provide what build number is installed on one. I stupidly forgot to note it down when trying to Root the device and tried to install the incorrect firmware rom for the phone now it won't power up.
Phone is a sm-g900i and Odin keeps failing presumably due to incorrect build as I'm now trying to flash it back to stock. (Be nice)
thanks - Weridly enough when i got the phone delivered shipped from over seas but supplied by kogan the box was opened (Seals cut) a few stickers have been placed over others fro the model type. On the back under the battery it states g900i.. will download a g900f firmware and try that
Don't do that, unless you want a bricked phone.

No just on downloading… do not turn off target
While the phone is off, you're holding volume down and the home button, right?
Does that warning page come up with the option to press volume up?

I'd personally try the Australian XSA firmware.
It won't power up
What happens when you turn the phone on normally? First boot up time takes a while longer.
My Apologies, it powers up but says firmware encountered an issue . please select recovery mode in kies and try again.. Recovery mode does not load but i can get it into download mode
I used a different Australian firmware and has success - All sorted thanks for helping
The G900i is the Australian version with 700mhz LTE.
I suspect you have the "international version", the G900F.
