Been looking at prices over the last 24 hours. Was mentioned in this deal but price has dropped further.

Note that the price for the Dick Smith Nokia Lumia 830 ($344) with the coupon code posted earlier today is actually cheaper but they only have black available.

Can probably use that $5 subscription newsletter (if that's still around? Haven't heard of it in a while).

Checked cashback websites PricePal and CashRewards, can't find Harvey Norman. Also considered purchasing gift cards from Woolworths/Coles but I don't think they sell Harvey Norman gift cards. Do they even exist?

      I have to be honest and say I don't know.
      But I think it is unlocked because it does not say it is locked to a network. Don't recall ever seeing a phone that's locked which does not make it clear that it's locked to a network.

    I'd be very wary of the lumia 830, I bought one a week ago and just returned it because the screen started lifting off on the top right corner. Googled the issue and it's pretty widespread with the 830 and 930s so I didn't want a replacement. I bought a 735 for $180 at officeworks instead.
