I've just been checking out their website on a more regular basis after reading their rep's remark about how there will still be some specials in the upcoming days.
I was able to get mine watch and they are just great! (they as in the watch and more importantly, their service).

Hello. Only a limited number of stock was made available to us at the lower price. All that stock was sold. The cost of the normal stock is higher than $110. We are unable to offer that model at $110 anymore unfortunately. Sorry about that.

Hi rep, received mine yesterday. Attempted to see how to adjust band by removing the links, prove to be difficult. There's no instructions or anything and no tools.
How much does it cost to have it fitted to my wrist? Or is it adjusted for free at the store upon pick up? or is this no longer an option for those ordered and delivered?
I guess this is the downside of purchasing watches online.
Youtube didn't really help because every model uses different pins and sockets etc.
Hello. Buying online or through B&M stores, no tools are supplied to adjust the band. Its best to take the watch to a watchmaker or qualified jeweller who will for around $5 - $15, will measure and adjust the watch to fit. We dont have a watchmaker in the office or the warehouse to adjust bands. Replacement parts are quite expensive so best to get this done by a watchmaker. Thanks

I think its quite difficult to DIY. I would think it would cost more than $15 to get it adjusted.

There are kits available out there to be able to do this but just the last week we have had to get quotes on various parts, bands and the like and lets just say that original parts are not cheap! A $199 watch (RRP $399) had the replacement band and pins cost of $148. I'm not sure of where you are but most watchmakers in Sydney dont charge more than $15 tops. Hope that is of some help.
