Good promotion. Would love a higher discount (presumably with higher minimum spend) promotion in the future. :)

Thanks WineMarket. Another -$30 taken. 12 reds for $39 delivered. My fifth order (with coupons) and I've never been disappointed.

    • good on you. The usual ones that I always get increased in price (been same price or lower for special time for 3 years), I better off get other wines…… so I leave the 30 dollars voucher for others.

  • Couldn't be happier with my Big Bad Bargain Mix Dozens from last time, i had to order another! (another $30 taken)

  • Nice. Bought 6 Zonin Prosecco for $43.

  • sorry to be greedy but have taken a $30 discount x1 too
I also agree Wine Market is fantastic and also have never had any issues, even down to the delivery drivers are really helpful.

    Happy Friday!

  • Nice deal. Good job winemarket.
Some nice wines on offer for under $10/bottle is good value.

  • 30 appears to be gone.

I've gotta say the prices aren't great and even worse considering you're buying by the case. A lot of 'brand name' wines you can find in almost every mainstream Bottle-O for the same price or less (especially when buying bulk). For example, Yellow tail wine can be had at many retail wine outlets at a per bottle price of $9-$10 and even less at places like Dan's. The codes really only make the mediocre prices decent. I'm sorry to say but I don't think this is a bargain at all, especially given the limited amount of codes.

    • Agreed but better value to be had in the mixed dozens

Like all bottle shops, it depends on the wine you look at.

For example, when the $30 voucher was available these wines: http://www.winemarket.com.au/Big-Bad-Bargain-Reds-Dz came to just over $3.50 a bottle delivered. That's considerably cheaper than mainstream bottle shops. I see it's now sold out, but no surprises at that price!

If you must have particular wines, there will be other bargains.
If you are willing to take a punt, the cheap reds have been very good value. Just got 12 for $49 delivered.
And if you are drinking Yellowtail it isn't like you will only demand prestige. Give them a shot and you might find you just cut your cheap & cheerful wine budget in half.

      • I don't drink Yellowtail but it was an example of a well known wine they stock. There are other examples too. As someone that works in the wine industry I can tell you that their quoted RRP's are a joke. No one sells any of that wine for as much as they claim. So the savings are vastly distorted and they're also, for the most part, not very good wines. Cask wine is also 'good value', doesn't make it worth paying for though unless your sole aim is to get drunk.

        • Sure. I don't really look at RRP, I'm more interested in what the actual price is. My point is if you are drinking $10 plonk, they have $5 plonk that is of comparable or better quality. If you want premium wines there are better options elsewhere. Not everyone needs to spend a lot of money on wine to enjoy it. As somebody from the industry, you will know there is much greater volume sold under $15 a bottle than over.

  • Used a $20 off voucher. Thanks!

  • Aahh, Put the $30 code in my checkout and it worked. Thought it was locked in and decided to shop a bit more, but when I went to checkout it no longer worked. Like Gambo says, it is Friday an' all :-)

I did EXACTLY the same thing. Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth doesn't it!
      I prefer tannins. :(

I'm with Gambo. Cmon! It's Friday!
