Yes it will it is a Vodafone $30 Prepaid Cap Starter Kit (1GB + $450 cap) for $5 therefore you are connecting on the $30 cap.

Meh… need to restart data service every 2GB… and if you use it to download a game as big as GTA V, they will discontinue your data usage for the following weekends… so much for unlimited…
did you download it in a phone or did you put the sim in a modem?

Yes they seen the imei as a modem which is not a phone and against the terms.
i used 4g from my mobile and haven't had a single problem.
@holden93: Hmm… guess I'll give it another try and stick the sim into my spare GS3 4G…

btw, if i were to tether it to a PC, would that show the phone as a modem or would that work?
@ProjectZero: I tether to my ps4 and pc as I am without home broadband for a month till non installation guy come out. I've had no blacks or warnings.
@rxjb:40GB while a lot isn't excessive. Plenty of games on google play over 2GB plenty of movies to download or stream High quality movies.
@holden93: Well I might test their "unlimited"… might as well buy the cheapest possible GTA V digital copy seeing as bandwidth and speed isn't aa factor =)

last week ened i downloaded over 20gb just of game updates and downloiaded a few movies and i didnt get blocked.
I did 40GB (Guild Wars 2) off arenanet and it's game downloader… they blocked me for two weekends out of four… and the last one was because I called them and complained…
Does this work on the $5 sim from Woolies?
