What are you going to compare? Most sites just run their own products or have a separate SKU to avoid comparison.
How are you going to make money?
The only things that can be compared are well known brand items sold at diff retailers. Unless you can search using generic terms like black tshirt, navy dress, but quality and design (even for a black tee) can vary.
Where is the data (item, price, retailer) coming from?
A lot of people buy fashion based on a brand name and their unique styles each season, rather than generic terms like red dress, red shoes and for really generic no brand stuff people use ebay or even places like kmart. So unless its a well known brand that is stocked in many online stores and different prices, I would not know how this would work as what would you use to aggregate the data feed? you would have to update it every 15 mins or 30 mins as inventory stock levels and pricing changes according to sales and popularity of an item, and how would you make money? adsense? affiliate?
