  • these guys are awesome . probably spent alot already . but heaps good for xmas presents :)

  • I bought one of these photo books from artscow a year ago and I was really happy with it. If I can pull the photos together in time, I'd love to put in another order.

  • Last month ordered a similar photo book with free shipping. They have very good customizing templates and many graphics to choose from. Have to say shipping time was lengthy ~ 2 wks (fair enough for FREE shipping).

Very impressed with print and paper quality - recommanded.

*Not sure if Artscow.com is US based but ships from HongKong!

    • +1

It's a Hong Kong company, with an office in US. So basically, everything ships out of their Hong Kong Office. (Which explains why everything is in Hong Kong Time)

  • i dont know guys. I've got photobook from them once before and their paper quality was shocking. I guess you get what you pay for

    • Is the paper glossy, goblin? Magazine quality? I'm guessing not …

    • I have not bought their photobooks, and therefore cannot vouch for their quality.
All i can say is, in general, their products are great.
However, there definitely are places which produce better quality stuff.
Comparing to websites like shuttlefly.com, i am sure shttlefly produces better quality photobooks, but shuttlefly's photobooks cost twice to 4 times as much, if not more (if you include shipping).
Truth is, i won't pay twice as much for a slightly better quality product, unless i am giving to someone really important.
I have to admit though that Artscow products on very very close inspection are a little dotty, and never ever use images that are too small (as in resolution). It will just result in a messy product.

      • The one I got was significantly bad. It was worse than a magazine but better than a newspaper. It bought it last year with similar price. So, it wasn't a bad investment. Also, depends what type of photos you are after. We got our wedding photobook via Momento. They are $80 each but totally worth it as their quality is amazing. If I was getting simple holiday snaps I would rather go to BigW or HaveyNorman which costs around $30 on specials. But I would say for this price you can try it out for your self and see how you go. If you don't like it then its a minor cost. They might have improved. I might give it another go as well at this price.

  • Artscow is fantastic. Thanks for posting this.

  • Good price. While have to check it out

  • do they have these sales often?

    • yep….sign up to their newsletter thing and you will have e-mails flowing like free beer……
they also have a facebook page where they post stuff.
I've had a few bits from them, and been happy so far…..
Little purses were great, as was a key ring……not had a book yet, but have sent some as presents to rellies overseas.
When you sign up to them, they give you heaps of free stuff.
