Assuming you're talking about PC version, I paid $65 with shipping from ozgameshop… but it looks like they aren't selling the physical copy atm.
Cheapest I can find around is like $70 from here https://www.mightyape.com.au/product/Grand-Theft-Auto-V/2250…
JB selling it for $79
Locally - $79 JB, $78 HN
But they're pre-order, its not due till the 14th. Maybe wait till then and see what's on offer
