It does say can't be used with any other offer.. so I assume it wouldn't..
You can't use website codes in the eBay store.
Worked for me, got the 56v Ego chainsaw, which isn't on their ebay store to compliment the whipper snipper I got from the other deal.

The chainsaw skin isn't available in store locally and is apparently "discontinued" when I asked for it to be ordered for me. I was waiting to hear more about that when this deal came along and cancelled out the shipping fee from the online shop.

I've found a Panasonic 3.5kw reverse cycle air-con for $890 elsewhere. Masters have it for $998. Panasonic are giving $100 cashback plus this 10% off will give me a great deal.
Don't know how the price matching works, but if you can get a staff member to enter it in to the self scan, once they move on you should be able to scan this voucher.
For click & collect order, maybe you can try to buy Woolworth WISH card with 5% discount via cashreward and use it to pay for the transaction for further discount.

Awesome. Went over to masters earlier today and used this barcode. Worked a charm.. Although I wasn't getting anything expensive (picking up an ebay order) so while I was there I picked up two carnivorous plants and some irrigation taps. So saved $2.50. Still better in my pocket.
I used the beep and go barcode app on my Samsung device to generate the barcode to scan at checkout. If only I was buying something more expensive!
