No, it's about a metre long by 35cm by 25cm. It can easily fit on the back seat of a car.

I remember the Dyson DC59 animal version next to it being say out of the ballpark, I.e. above >$489, dont think the mini tool is worth >$50. I t wasnt a comparable special anyway.
Was at Good Guys picking up the DC59 Animal that I purchase last week on eBay 20% off special and saw the display have been replaced with the Dyson V6. New model and colours. Asked the lady what the difference was and was told no difference. Just rebadged and new colours. There is some new heads as well. Should see more DC59 clearance coming up I suspect. The V6 Fluffy would have been good since my house is all hard floor, but still happy with my purchase as I got a good price for the animal.
There is a clearnace on but really one of these under $400 is going to be hard to beat. Looking around when I got ours I dont think theres heaps of DC59 stock out there. Maybe in a few weeks there might be a good deal on the DC59 animal, or maybe not. For some reason the new dyson V6 motorhead is $319 in the us… yet $799 here. Lame. might be some scope for grey importing shortly.

I trialed the DC59 Animal from mouths of mums and I ended up returning it because it wasn't practical. The dust bowl filled up mega quick, which is a credit to its suction power, but emptying it is annoying, just like my barrel dyson. Dust will fly everywhere, and some of it sticks to the canister.
Also the filter is loose and falls out easily except when it's on.
With a full battery, it wasn't even enough time to clean my car. So, not good enough.
Anyone seen any deals for this in WA?
