Great deal, but no warranty will be the only catch
The UP24 seems to have some quality control issues. Plenty of posts online, so maybe worth getting it locally just for easy warranty.
6 months on, mine is starting to play up. Glad it was a local purchase for ACL sake.
lol. don't even need ACL, just need warranty which they provide. But ACL will be useful after 1yr though, supposedly they only have 1yr warranty.
However seems like the issues arise after half a year from most of the posts on the web.Yeah, I thought it would at least last past the Warranty period.
Let's just hope Google pumps some money in to prop Jawbone up
My UP (not UP24) went flat when I took it off for a few days when I went away and then wouldn't charge again. It was about 4 months old so got it replaced. If it does it again, think I'll get money back. Also the band isn't that large and is a bit tight on my wrist. But this is a good price.
I bought this exact one, same colour from Amazon a three months ago, this is a good price for "old" wearable and mine has been reliable. Great sleep info and accurate walking stats (as long as you stay off bumpy third world buses).
Good price, but like others I'm not sure about the quality. I paid $147 at officeworks in late February. It was great, until earlier this week, after just 5 weeks, when it stopped working and wouldn't do a soft or hard reset. Lucky for officeworks return policy made for an easy refund.
be aware that UP24 is Bluetooth only - check your phone is compatible.
(here in Aus, warranty is handled by Perth base Force Technology. They have been great. Third return in 14 months in progress - 2x 2nd gen up, then replaced by force with an up24, which lasted 4 months)
Also only the Persimonn colour (pictured) is available at this price. All colours available for various, more expensive, prices.
