      Yes 2 new PTX-5 are $23.85 on their eBay VS $25.50 direct… a bit daft considering on eBay they have more fees to pay so make even less money.

    Can't recommend this seller enough! Brilliant service. The remotes he sold me are actually more durable and work better than the genuine ones! A cheap plastic casing or a metal cage and panelled opener… at 1/4th the genuine price! Don't hesitate to buy. I wish I was sock-puppeting but I'm not, the seller is just THAT good.

    When I ordered the wrong ones he even rang me to tell me how to re-program the ones I bought off him to the correct frequency required and asked if I'd like to cancel my second order (because I didn't need 8 remotes)!!!

          All of our keys do not come with the internals so we wont have a product for you. Your best bet is to find a key on eBay that comes with the electronics and then have the key cut by a locksmith.

    Are the B&D 059120 remotes interchangeable with the Blue ATA PTX4 as they look physically identical?

    Do you include visor clip and wall bracket with the 059120?

      Although the cases are the same, they are not the same remote and will not work with each other.

    Ah, this guy again… he's one of the best reps on OzB… rapid/informative responses, and it's great how he takes the time to suggest solutions to people's problems, even when he doesn't have a product to sell them that will do it ("Your best bet is to find a key on eBay that comes with the electronics and then have the key cut by a locksmith." etc.).

    Why can't all reps be like this guy!?

      Hi Elli,

      Yes, that is the correct remote for you as long as the remote that you are currently using is pictured in the main image. If you remote looks a little different and your motor is less than a year old you may be using B&D's new remote which does not have an aftermarket remote yet. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      It can be done if both remotes operate on a fixed frequency. A cloning machine will be used to do this which most locksmiths have. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      And can I possibly use another brand key for my Toyota Yaris (i.e. Audi folded out key)

        Hi,

        You cannot use another brand key as the key blade and the inside case will be a different shape for the electronics. We do not stock many flip conversion keys but they do exists. These are made for specific keys and all you have to do is move the electronics from your old key to the new flip key and have the key cut by a locksmith. Best place to look for this will be eBay. If you have any questions, please let me know.

        Hi,

        We simply sell the key blades and plastic remote casings. There is three parts to the key that make it work on your car:

        1. The key blade and outer casing

        2. Transponder Chip (this must be programmed by a locksmith and allows the car to start)

        3. Remote electronics (this controls the central locking and can generally be programmed by anyone)

        If you are after a spare you will need a whole complete key. We currently do not sell these. Best place to check will be eBay.

        Yes, almost every car has a special series of buttons to push to allow you to program a remote. If it is an aftermarket car alarm that is fitted to your car, there will be a button inside the engine bay. If you have some more information I'd be happy to help.

        Hi,

        If we stock the same looking key as you and the same key blade, you simply purchase the key, open both keys, move the electronics from your old key to your new key and you can either have the new key blade cut by a locksmith or move you old key blade over to the new shell.         I'm really sorry that you did not receive a reply!

        Is your Forza 1000 remote a red coloured remote? The brand of motor and type of remote do not match up so it sounds as though you may have a receiver added onto your motor which changes the frequency. Is this motor in a private home or is it a public door in an apartment building?

    CRX-2/PTX5 Genuine Receiver

    CRX-2 Compatible Receiver to suit ATA PTX-4 Remote

    Is it a CRX-2 for PTX-4 or a FHCRX-2 (pictured) for PTX-5. The description seems to contradict the title and photos.
