  • For Copy DVD to Media Hard Drive: DVD Decrypter / DVDFab Decrypter / AnyDVD can do the job.
Not sure about 2nd part. BTW how do you connect your HD to TV?

  • Hi, Skippy, thank you for your tips.

The hard drive, it got video and audio out put so I just connect them with normal cable.

    • Glad I can help.
So you mean USB to Video/Audio cable? If so with only cable I don't think it work, you need special device for it. I might be wrong so if any1 expert in this I wanna know too.

  • Hi Skippy

I mean the cable we normally use with VCD/DVD player, those with red, white ane yellow colours.
The following is the product I have bought, do you think I need special device? Or what else I should do?

  • This page seems to be the same thing without the HDD included:
    http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/product.php?id=895

It shows more info on the spec though. Input is USB2 so you connect it up to your computer and copy all your media onto the unit.

Video output is Composite or S-Video. So yes you can use the yellow, red and white cables [composite] or if you TV has an S-Video input, use that for slightly better picture quality.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-video This page shows what an S-Video cable and plug look like. This will carry the video only, so you still need to use the Red and White RCA plugs for the stereo audio.

    Hope that helps.
