I just read the terms and condition and it said no minimum spend. Buy no doubt there will be a expense somewhere, :)
Maybe booking fees and/or max 1 voucher I'd imagine per booking (someone else might know better). Let us know how you go anyway if you give it a try.

I think the voucher can only be used at "exclusives.webjet.com.au"… which seems to only have the egg hunt game. (Not sure, it can be hard to tell on my tablet sometimes.) So yeah, not terribly useful.
