Kogan Orbis UltraLite Spinner Luggage

Hi all,

My old travel luggages are a bit outdated. They're too heavy on today's standard and only 2-wheeler, which are a bit hard to navigate. So I'm thinking of buying a new set.

I've seen some topics about Kogan Hardside luggage, but never seen one for their UltraLite Spinner range.

It is currently on special for $199 + Delivery ($33.73 delivery for Sydney CBD).

Did anyone tried or had one of those?
Curious about the quality and durability. I know it won't be on Samsonite level, but for that price, not much to be expected.

We do overseas travel 1-2 times a year, and some occasional domestic travels. I'm happy if these luggage can lasts for 3-5 years.

  • Don't know anything about the quality but clam shell cases suck big time. They are totally useless on hotel luggage stands and crap to pack. But spinners are great.

  • My parents brought these and the quality was horrible.
Zips broke and do not work well, a wheel broke and they do not cope with the baggage handlers well.

Good to know, thanks for sharing!!!
I'll avoid it like a plague

Any recommendation for a cheap and lightweight brand?

  • I have this set.

The concept is a cool Idea, It has survived a boat cruise (all 3 including 2 flights to the port)
The middle size has also survived a flight too and from Bali.

I wouldn't say they are amazing (I prefer back packs) But I would say they do the job.
