It seems to be a very high capacity for a very low price. I don't have much experience with power bank, so any knowledge dished out by the experts would be appreciated.

Can any of you recommend a power bank of Ebay which is reliable and cheap (other than Xiaomi as that is subsidised by the Chinese government to drive other suppliers out of business)?
Judging by the size, the most they could possibly fit in there would be more around 25000 mAh*. And I doubt it's even that much. You'd be lucky to get one full charge out of it - it's probably got a couple old batteries ripped out of laptops, plus maybe a chunk of metal for weight like a fake external HDD. In fact, apparently sand is a thing (source).
* Xiaomi 10400 using Li-ion cells is about half the size. LiPo is supposed to be lower energy density - and this 6000 mAh pouch battery is over half the size.
