Originally saw the deal on Reddit (/r/ps4deals)

The digital code is pm'ed to you via ebay messages after the seller confirms payment and is satisfied on his end.

Pay through Paypal and it'll cost you $44.33 AUD after conversion.

As the seller has restricted sales only within the US and Canada you'll need to add a US address during checkout and pay for it with that address.

I purchased this and received the code roughly 40 minutes later YMMV.
