Alright. That's just the HD model not the full HD screen. With Chromebook I'm usually going with smaller 11-12" ones. With $400 I'll probably get Refurbished ThinkPad Yoga 11e Chromebook. $393. 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, Celeron N2930, IPS touch screen & 360 degree hinge. And ThinkPad keyboard :)
Alternatively try ship forwarding from Amazon and there are a lot more choices there. Acer C740, Acer Chromebook 13, Toshiba Chromebook CB35, etc.

if you wanna spend a bit more on postage/exchange rates, amazon US has a toshiba chromebook 2 with 1080p 13" IPS screen, and weighs 1.3kg

What does everyone think of the Dell Chromebook 11 in comparison to the ThinkPad mentioned above?
The new Chromebook 14 G3 with NVIDIA K1 looks cool especially with FHD screen. Where can you get that in Australia?
