Redbubble (my favorite online t-shirt co) have a two day sale on doona covers and cushions (with or without insert). Their sales are generally only 15-20% off in my experience. Cushion cover prices start at around $17 after discount.

Heaps and heaps of great designs (use the search function to limit eg retro, trees, dots, pandas, dogs, cosmic, seascape….you name it, there's probably plenty of artist designs for it). I've not bought either of these products before, but have been very pleased with the quality of their t-shirts, posters, tote bags, service and speed of delivery.

I'm going to buy some cushions with groovy 50/60s atomic inspired designs.
