Has anyone heard from TP LINK ever since submitting the redemption form? I haven't received any news or correspondance since last month…

    Same here. Sent them an email requesting an update and no response for that either.

    Point 7 in the terms and conditions:

    Please allow up to 60 days to receive your bonus product after your online redemption submission date.

      Didn't see that. Though it'd be nice if they actually responded to emails and told us if the redemption was successful or pending.

        I received a confirmation email (from [email protected]) after submitting the form. The 60 days wait was also mentioned in the email. If you didn't receive this email, then keep chasing them or try submitting again.

    'We are processing the redemption for "Connect to Love" Promotion, the bonus Cloud Camera will be shipped in batches in following 3 weeks.     I just got the camera today. Yay.

    Now I need to decide if I want to sell it or keep it. Could be useful for some home surveillance.
