I got it in my mailbox. Somehow the online catalogue always lags behind.

  • Ah… time to stock up again lol

      Agreed.
This is the stuff my wife buys for our family and it's very good quality for the price-point.
It regularly comes on special at Coleworths / Priceline et cetera and that's the time to stock up, but this is a stand-out price.

This is the brand that I use, I remember seeing it before for half price at coles about 4-6 months ago I think, I bought 4 bottles lol.

Good stuff, seems to be pretty high quality.

  • Good deal, this must be shampoo week with Woolies having the Pantene at half price too

We've all done it one time or another. ;-)

  • Tresemme shampoo and conditioner is a horrible product to use, it contains silicone which weighs down hair making it heavy and greasy no matter how much you wash it off.

which one do you recommend? Pantene? or another?

      • +1

I got the skinny on this from a hairdresser relo today! Evidently you should steer clear of anything that coats the hair with silicone (look for dimethicone), as does Pantene (sadly, my fave) and many others (I've no experience with this one, but I'm told it's actually superior to Pantene) unless you alternate regularly with one that doesn't use silicone to remove buildup.

However, there is apparently a cracker of a product at GoLo of all places that is mostly organic and contains no sodium laureth sulphate, a chemical which hairdressers reckon is pretty much just degreaser! Don't know the name but just check the ingredients and you should find it easily enough, should make a great alternate! ;)

        • LOL!

      • I recommend Organic Care. It's cheap and is safe to use.

        • Organic Care by Nature's Organics. Good stuff :)

There you go baldies in denial. Buy this for the perfect combover!

I use Nature's Organics - Organic Care, works great, is cheap, and is all organic including the packaging.

  • Yep, this stuff is nasty on my hair. Organic Care is so much better and 3 time cheaper even when not on special.
