Im very dubious about this competition. I feel it was just an emailing fishing exercise, and Im not sure there was actually a prize. The terms and conditions claimed that the draw would be drawn on Wednesday the 15th, and the competition winner would be posted on the Kogan Facebook page on Friday the 17th. As soon as the competition ended, the terms and conditions changed, and the draw date was bumped back to July, the December the 15th. Now there is no draw date, the competition is closed and no winner has been announced on the Kogan website or the Facebook page. Changing the terms and conditions after the draw is surely illegal is it not? I contacted Kogan who said that the winner would be published on the Facebook page, but that was a week ago, and no winner has been announced.
Any suggestions on how I can take this further? Changing the T&C of a competition after it has closed is surely illegal.
