Hi, I would like an inconspicuous digital kitchen scale, ideally measuring up to 1-2kg. Preferably one with non-button cell batteries as they are expensive and usually don't last that long. needs to be easy to clean as I might get stuff from farm animals on it.

Kmart sells numerous different ones, and they are incredibly cheap. Just go there.

It chews through batteries like crazy!
i use a generic chinese one ($6?) from ebay which uses 2xAAA. works ok.
