with the currency i doubt there are any 24s for under $150
the cheapest i've seen 22s/23s in around $120 or so when the currency was good
if you flat out dont want to spend, go 2nd hand… i have a pile of free 19s and some very low cost 22s i picked up for not much

its 1080p and an LED display
when he got it it was $159 but has gone to $179
