Has Anyone Ordered Items from Shopping Express?

Hi OzBargainers,

I have ordered one item (microSD card) from Shopping express nearly a month ago (21 Feb 2015). They said I will receive in 8-15days.
The item has been dispatched as well next day.
I haven't received the item so far today 18 Mar 2015.
Any one have any Idea how long normally takes the item to come from Shopping Express.

I have tried to contact Shopping express by raising few tickets in last few days. But not even one reply from them even the ticket was saying that we will reply in 24hrs. I am very disappointed with them.

    Same. Ordered a SD card and it never arrived. Talked to a rep on here, he gave me a phone number. Called and spoke, was told they would re send. Nothing since.

    Not a good company.

    Ordered lots of items from them, get them delivered to work. Never had a problem with delivery. I ordered a couple of SD Cards in one of the recent sales

    I just ordered a laptop messenger bag & a wireless mouse. Have ordered many times. I've had occasions where it took a long time to get the parcel for some reason, but always showed up eventually.

    Slowest postage ever. Items look great on the website, but in reality do not look so good. I bought some rocks for the garden, and a womens top. Won't be purchasing from them in the future.

    Thanks all. So I should wait few more days then.
    They said it's coming from direct store overseas.

    What you recon I should wait how many more days before I claim my paypal payment back.

    Really? The last SSD sale I placed the order in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. Guess I'm pretty close to their warehouse though.

    I got some SD cards and they arrived but not for weeks. I purchased from them thinking it was being shipped from AU but the well known yellow envelope arrived from China after I asked where my order was.

    I've bought an sd card and an hp n54l nas from them before. Delivery is prompt and never had any issues with them.

    I too have ordered this 32gb micro sd card and I gotta say I've had no problems with either delivery or quality of the product.

    Interesting to note that futu online and shopping express are one and the same.
