  • I was with these guys for a while when there was a ton of downtime. They seemed to avoid any discussion of credit reimbursement for their 'SLA'. From my standpoint they didn't give a rats arse about me as a customer. Oh and they don't reimburse you for unused upfront payment when you decide to leave them if you are unhappy with their service (because.. well it's in their terms of service)

    I swore to myself I would under no circumstance go back to these guys and in my eyes no amount of discount is worth it.

      Downtime is actually never heard of these days and I do believe that you may have experience this before we rolled out a huge change to our network and core infrastructure over a year ago. Since having a multi-homed network and DDOS protection, we've been able to deliver 100% uptime to our customers and if there is ever an outage we're always happy to reimburse for the outage time as long as it falls within the SLA.

      But this is very strange to hear as we would haven't reimburse you for any paid service that was unused.
