Best up to Date Satellite Image?

I am looking for the most up to date Satellite image. Nearmap(I know its not satellite) is no longer available without paying $200 a year.
So I'm looking for the best site which is free to look at my property in Perth Hills. Like Google Map.

    Bing is not bad but well outdated.

    Some local and state governments have free online maps.

    Google earth has more up to date stuff, local area here has about September 2014. You need to select the timeline feature, and the imagery isn't all that clear in some images (must be from satellite, not planes)
