Best Options For Withdrawing Cash Overseas? + Best Overseas CC

Will be overseas for the majority of the year and wanting to reduce any fees I'm charged. It looks like Citibank's Citi Plus account is my best bet - are there any other alternatives that are worth considering? Seems to be the best option I've been able to source, select credit and get hit with no ATM fee + Visa rates on the withdrawal.

Obviously a lot of ATMs overseas still have ATM owner fees as well, so in terms of credit cards is 28 degrees still my best no annual fee choice? Such a shame you can't do withdrawals with them anymore.

    Citi Plus Visa debit for cash withdrawals and/or purchases (if you don't have the credit cards below). Just make sure you set up the Citibank app and activate one-time-pin generation on your smartphone before you go.

    28 Degrees Mastercard (no annual fee) or Bankwest Platinum/World Mastercard (annual fee) for purchases.
