    No real bargain here. Check eBay where the genuine ones are less than this.

    Just beware that some are "compatible" ones which are not genuine.

      Searched Ebay just now & the only reputable looking seller who claims in their ad that what they are selling are genuine is selling 1x 4-Pack for $38.99.

      Others are also selling parallel import items which when compared to genuine items also diminish on quality drastically.

      Also there a plenty of cheap compatible ones but the quality on those are sometimes so bad that they actually do damage to teeth if the bristles are not soft enough.

          Yes that correct, as most of the toothbrush range including the TriZone series we have for offer are sourced from a one local distributer/wholesaler here in Melbourne.

      Hi, Golberg,

      The Oral B TriZone range are specifically all Made In China, this is the same if you were to purchase them from your local supermarket or from any other reputable store.

      These are defiantly not a parallel import, these are genuine Oral B toothbrush heads which are specifically destined for the Australian market.

      We did have an Ebay store about a year ago but we soon found out that the Ebay system is quite flawed towards sellers specifically because no matter how good/genuine the service or products are when buyers are allowed to leave negative feedback without any repercussions they will try to threaten a transaction with negative feedback for any dubious claim & when sellers don't comply that's exactly what they get. We do have plans to open on Ebay again but that will be in the future for now.

        So have they been sourced from Australian distributors?

        A parallel imported product could also claim "specifically destined for Australian market". To my understanding any product that is not purchased through Australian distribution channels is classified "parallel".

          Yes most of the toothbrush range including the TriZone series we have for offer are sourced from a one local distributer/wholesaler here in Melbourne.

          A product can be classified as a parallel import when the manufacturer specially denies items they manufacture from being sold in certain country but sellers still choose to import & sell those items.

          Manufacturers deny certain products from being sold in specific country's for many reasons but it mostly involves legal issues, as some countries have higher quality spec's for certain items being sold in their country & until those are met they usually aren't legally allowed to start importing. This is especially true when the items are in the Health & Beauty category.

    Precision Clean or TriZone which is better?

      If you just started with electric toothbrushes or like using manual toothbrush because they have the broader heads, then TriZone series would suit you. This is because with the TriZone series, since it has a longer brush head you still have to gently brush your teeth like you would normally with a manual toothbrush but since the TriZone has the sweeping motion the it actually removes 100% more plaque than a manual toothbrush.

      With the Precision Clean toothbrush heads, your not meant to manually brush your teeth instead you need to place the brush heads on the teeth that need cleaning for only a few seconds & then continue repeating the process for all the remaining teeth.

      I checked out the Oral B heads in Coles yesterday, they are distributed by Procter and Gamble and have the Australian address details. If Amanda can confirm her product has these Australian markings on them I guess you can confirm if they are "from the official Australian distributor"

    I ordered 8 Precision Clean replacement heads from these guys and they arrived today. They are 100% FAKE. Do not buy, will be filing a PayPal claim for refund.

      That's a shame. I ended up ordering the Tri-zones from here, and they're 100% legit. Procter & Gamble, made in Germany. I nearly grabbed the Precision clean heads though.

        The package they came in looked extremely convincing. But as soon as I opened it, it became obvious they were fake units. The plastic blister that individual heads each head came in separated from the cardboard backing without any effort, lighter plastic is used for the unit, the coloured ring that goes on the base is a lose fit, bristles are very hard, with some not full length, and the marks from injection moulding differ to the genuine article.

        Can't say I was surprise to be honest, but disappointing none the less.

          Thanks for that. I better crack this packet open and suss em out. The tamper proof packaging and barcode led me to believe they were the real deal. Will provide an update as well

          Further update on the Tri-zone heads. I've used these for a couple of days now and am positive these are the real deal. Seems pretty poor form that they have generic and authentic ones, and are claiming all are Oral B manufactured.

    Received 8 Precision Clean heads and they appear to be FAKE. Very, very noisy compared to genuine head supplied with original unit.

    Very disappointed.

    I have hte Professional Care electric brush - any thoughts on choice of replacement heads (between the Tri-zone & Precision Clean)?
    I've watched the video & the Tri-zone appear to work more like a normal brush, but just appreciate any thoughts from people that have tried both options.
