Anyone have problem or good review for them ? Thanks You !
Isn't thats what the ebay feedback system is for???
don't get me wrong . I read some bad review about them in whirlpool . But like u guys said they have very good review in ebay . Thought i should ask more before buying it like warranty service from them etc. They have a cheapest price for Z3 in ebay.
Don't buy from Ebay if you expect service/warranty.
i have 15% off code for ebay . That's why i m thinking to buy from ebay ;3
Is the code for the whole site?
yes max 100$ off
Where is this code coming from? I keep seeing deleted deals about it because of 'targeted offer'
yes it's targeted offer . Tried to use with other ebay account . doesn't work !

they have very very bad review with warranty … Guess i will just buy from either kogan/uniquie/dwi or qd ebay store ..
None of those sites are much better. All grey imports have crap warranty. If your someone who always has something go wrong with phones/electronics I wouldn't recommend grey imports.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU FAULTY USED PRODUCTS AND ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF COMMON THEIVES!!
THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEWS IN EBAY IS THAT WHEN YOU CONTACT WITH A PROBLEM THEY PRETEND TO TRY TO HELP AT FIRST SO YOU DON’T LEAVE A BAD COMMENT, THINKING THEY ARE BEING HONEST AND HELPING YOU OUT!. AS SOON AS THE 30 DAY REVIEW WINDOW IS UP THEY WILL IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A CRAP FAULTY PRODUCT!!!
I bought a “new” Samsung galaxy s5 from them on 01/06/2015. It arrived about a week later. At first everything seemed fine, however I soon realised the phone would not send any text messages. I took it to my operator and to Samsung who both told me they had never seen the problem before and the phone should be returned to the seller. I contacted the seller who spent the next 10 days trying to brush me off and sending me completely useless links to solutions for other issues which had nothing to do with my phone that they found on Google. They kept insisting that the phone was perfect. After 10 days they asked me to return the phone for repair.
3 weeks later they claimed to have fixed the phone and returned it to me. On return the phone had WAY MORE PROBLEMS THAN BEFORE!! These are all the problems second time around:
The phone freezes frequently for no reason and then goes blank for a few minutes.
The phone will close the apps and revert to the home screen all by itself on a regular basis.
When I go into message threads from old contacts there is no message history available where it was before.
Sometimes when my phone is ringing the contact name does not appear on the screen, so I have no idea who is calling my phone.
The phone will not receive text messages.
Sometimes when the phone is ringing, I am unable to answer the phone, I try to swipe to answer but the phone does not respond so I miss the call.
An error message that says "unfortunately Google Search has stopped working" appears every time I enter the home page.
The calendar on the phone has notes on past dates in a language that I do not understand. It appears that the phone was used by someone else and it is their calendar entries.
I cannot send or receive picture messages.
Strange Writing appears on the screen when I am calling one of my contacts or when one of my contacts is calling me. I do not know if this writing is in a foreign language or if it is just random letters.
The phone was returned to me on 15/07/15. I contacted the seller again on 16/07/15 to inform them of all these new issues. Again they tried to pretend that the phone was in perfect working order and tried to brush me off. THEN THEY STARTED TO COMPLETELY IGNORE ME AND STOPPED RESPONDING. Basically they hoped I would just give up. I received my last contact from them on 21/07/15. On 02/08/15 I raised a dispute with paypal. WITHIN HOURS THE SELLER WAS IN CONTACT AGAIN TO CLAIM THE PHONE WAS PERFECT and to reject my dispute. Again they asked me to return the phone. After no contact for the next couple of weeks I raised the dispute to a claim with paypal. I showed paypal all my correspondence and they decided I was due a refund.
ON 15/08/15 THE SELLER TOLD PAYPAL THEY WOULD GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AS SOON AS I RETURNED THE PHONE TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS. THE SELLER ALREADY HAD THE PHONE DELIVERED TO A HONG KONG ADDRESS 2 DAYS BEFOPRE THIS ON 13/08/15. I confirmed this with Toll online tracking. THE SCAMMERS HAD THE PHONE IN THEIR POSSESSION AND TOLD PAYPAL I STILL HAD IT AND SO THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! They literally tried everything they could to steal my money in the end.
You can imagine my rage at this level of attempted theft, they tried to keep the phone and my money!! Thankfully I had kept the consignment note and could prove to paypal that I had done the right thing and returned the faulty phone. Over 3 months after I bought the phone and after countless hours trying to resolve it I finally got a full refund. The tactics that are used by the seller are obviously to try to make it so hard to get a refund that a lot of people will just give up.
It is my opinion that the seller sources faulty returned phones and sells them as brand new. PLEASE DO NOT LET THESES THEIVES STEAL YOUR MONEY. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GIVE IT TO HONEST VENDORS WHO WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!!
Geebus that's cruel….
I read a lot of forums about the S5 having troubles…
You bought the Jap version from their store?

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!
Same experience. After selling a faulty phone to me and when I tried to reach them for further solution, the seller started ignoring me and stop responding.
I filed a dispute over the issue but ebay deferred it because it was beyond 180 days timeframe. However the phone is still within the one year warranty and now the dispute is just pending and I do not know what to do next!!
This is the worst buying experience on ebay and now I do not dare to buy any electronic products on ebay any more!!!
Bought a LG G4 H818N dual-sim model from them during the 15% ebay sitewide sale after I bought one from Kogan during the 20% sale prior, no problems so far.
I know the Kogan one had a really shitty charger than pretty much stopped working soon after (IIRC hearing from my brother), so started using an adapter with the OEM plug.
YMMV I guess
PERFECT MISSION are cheats and liars. THEY SELL USED FAULTY OR FACTORY 2nd's and list them as Brand New!They use a trick to bump up their ebay feedback by adding a "gift" to your sale. They ask you to click "buy it now" on a $1 item, and pay on arrival. Basically giving them 2 feedbacks for one transaction.
I bought a Panasonic Lumix TZ70/ZS50 that had dust on the sensor, it was missing things that show it was new.
I only discovered I had a 2nd/faulty after watching some video unboxings on youtube of Brand new Lumix cameras.
They should have 2 feature label/stickers. One hangs out of the soft packing bag on a silver string. The other stands up like a stiff piece of plastic highlighting the viewfinder eyepiece. Both of these were missing from my camera. Also the instruction booklet was missing.
Perfect Mission gave me the runaround until it was too late to get a refund from ebay.
Paypal rejected my claim 3 times, the credit charge back failed because I could get no one to commit to saying that dust on the sensor happened before I received it.
Watch my youtube video naming and shaming them for more particulars.
Not only was it second hand but it is also a grey import "ZS50" is the US region name for it and the box was missing its region label.
Nuff said-they are crooks, here is the link to my video.

Well most people had a good experience from their purchase.
