Do you know if the chia seeds at costco or healthy life (liverpool) is made in australia
The Chia Co is Australian and sold at Healthy Life. I'm pretty sure the one at Costco is Australian, but I don't have a pack at home to check.
Chia seeds don't really expire if you keep them in a cool dry place. Though if it's just you that's going to eat the stuff then 1 kilo might last you awhile….
yes just for me
Costco is one option. I bought white Chia seeds for approx. $15/$17 per kg in December 2014.
Do you know the different benefits to different colour chia seeds? i only consumed black chia seeds in the past
No, I came across the benefits of Chia seeds on web and bought white one to test. I haven't used much.
They're about the same. I know the black ones have more protein though, but no-one eats a lot of chia seeds in one go so it doesn't really matter.
Hi Cbr250rr

We are in Inner West (Croydon)
They're about $25 at Healthy Life for Chia Co and last time I went to Costco at Casula they were about $15 for some other brand. Pretty sure there's a Healthy Life store at Liverpool Westfield.
