Cheap canon eos 1000d twin lens kit

Hello..

As a graduation gift for my self in the coming few weeks i would like a decent camera.

My current one blurs half the time and takes a few seconds to actually take the shot.

The cheapest i found it for was 900 bucks at myer (after my friends staff discount)

Any help would be appreciated.
