Just wondering if anyone can recommend ducted heating cleaning service and also evaporative (ceiling) cleaning as well?
I live in South East Melbourne.
We just moved to this property with a baby boy. I can see spider webs in the evaporative cooler in the ceiling.

Duct cleaning is nothing sophisticated. Open the intake duct and vacuum the dust, debris and lint yourself. Check the outlet ducts and again vacuum out any duct, cobwebs, debris, lint, etc. Whole job should take you less than 30 minutes.
Evaporative cooling units are usually sealed units which do not require maintenance, other than maybe brushing dirt off the inlets/outlets. Check for water leaks while doing the brushing. Check your owner's manual for any other maintenance requirements (probably none).
