If only the g27 was as easy to set up. I hate mine cluttering up my desk but I can't be bothered packing it up and setting up again :'( first world problems

      • Have you seen or considered this?

If you have the room for it, just set it up and keep it all mounted and just move it into position whenever you want to play. I have it and it's great with the G27

        • Yeah I'm still figuring out how I want to set everything up. Maybe one day I'll get around to building a pvc rig

        • Gotta love the girl in skimpy shorts and singlet behind the wheel…

Got one last time they were on sale. Used it for ten minutes all together.

    • So you wouldn't recommend it?

It also helps that the 430 is not a motorized racing wheel. That is to say it won’t fight back, so players will not get the most realistic driving experience using this wheel.

      What a pity

In my personal opinion, just swallow the extra $100 or so and get a G27. I think i saw them at JB-HiFi going for about $280. Its a one-off kind of purchase anyway

Oh no force feedback? Seriously? This thing isn't even worth $100 then.

        • Yup, no force feedback makes no sense. My cheapo Logitech DFGT trumps this, just because of that.

I agree with nairdujan, if you're going to buy something like this, it's probably better to take the price hit of the G27.

        • @Giteau: but G27 is not ps4 compatible?

        • @wtfnodeal: Do you know if it's ever getting support. If not, then it's quite interesting Logitech hasn't come out with a new wheel.

I bought this about 2 months ago for $99 + delivery.

It's really convenient to set up, but the lack of force feedback is a real downer.

It also doesn't have navigational controls, such as those on my Logitech Driving Force GT, which makes it really annoying to have to use a keyboard/controller.

I wouldn't recommend this wheel to anyone wanting a simulation-experience.
