Hi all, we purchased 2 for 1 Jetstar deal to Japan a while ago and planning to take our 4yo daughter to visit Disneyland while in there this May. We've never visit Japan before and will appreciate some guidance.
Is there a cheaper place to book park ticket and accommodation? I've looked AirBnB and Wotif so far, and the prices are not cheap. We don't mind staying in budget hotel, as long as it's clean, comfortable, and can accommodate little kid.
For the park ticket, we're looking to buy directly from Disneyland website https://reserve.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/ticket/list/?parkTic…
3-Day Magic Passport seems to be reasonably priced as it allow us to do 2-days visit in Disneyland and 1-day visit in Disney Sea.
Any recommendation on which other cities to visit, how long to stay, and which activity to do, will be much appreciated. We have 11 days to spent in Japan.
Just note that all the shows and voice over attractions in Tokyo Disneyland (and Universal Studios Japan) are spoken/told in Japanese.
If you're not picky, stay at Family Resort at Fifty's Maihama - free breakfast (though not flash, just cereal, boiled egg, rice, vegetables, soup, tea and coffee), close to 7-11 (if you need fast food or money), and the bus stop for the bus that goes to Maihama train station and Disneyland is very close. It was 9500yen per night during Christmas peak season for a room with 2 single beds (though it was pretty cramped).
Since you are in Tokyo, I highly recommend you go to Sunshine City, J-World and Pokemon Centre among others.
