posting on a commercial website changes it from the act, it is fine to take pictures in public spaces but the posting makes it a commerical matter.
While no money is exchanged the nature of the website, the vast number of viewers, and the professioanlism all are signs that point to a comerical purpose.
Ozbarginer is uing us as the commerical product to produce viewers and add clicks into this website.
