Hi, I brought a Samsung Galaxy note 4 in month of November 2014 under my wife's name from TGG Ebay which has a bonus offer of giving a free Samsung gear live, Initially i was told that the watch will be delivered on the first week of feb, on feb 2nd she got this email

Thank you for your recent purchase during our Samsung Galaxy Promotion where you have qualified for a Samsung Gear Live, which was due to you by Friday 6 February 2015.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, your bonus delivery has been delayed. You will now receive your Samsung Gear Live no later than Friday 27 February 2015.

We have been advised by Samsung that the delivery of you Samsung Gear Live watch has been further delayed.

The new estimated delivery date provided by Samsung is Friday 10 April 2015.
If there is any way to deliver your bonus to you earlier, we will definitely do so. We will also keep you updated on the delivery progress.
Again, we apologise that we’ve been unable to provide your bonus Samsung Gear Live more quickly and we thank you for your continued patience.

so called the no and the lady told me to contact samsung, when ringing them they always put me oh hold but never calls be back even after taking my ph no. Seriously i dont want to use a watch they getting delayed for almost 6 months :(
any suggestions so i can claim my bonus?
