Coolicool.com a Fake Dodgy Website - Stay Away

I would never ever purchase anything from this dodgy website… these people are a joke.. a bunch of monkeys.. who have absolutely no idea about customer values and services..

They have wasted my 3 weeks ..even after I paid some $35 extra for express DHL delivery .. and I am having such a hard time tryin to get them sent my order… every day they email me saying they will send it .. but the next day the same email comes and ask me to wait with patience.. (profanity) patience…

I still have not receive my order coz they still have not send it to me yet… and no refund at all either…

absolute fake and dodgy monkeys running this ripped off business.

STAY AWAY - what a waste of time and money…

    Looks like the website had a bunch of terrible reviews to begin with. It seems a quick google search could have avoided you some heartache.

    I see a lot of people complaining about getting defective products. If I were you I'd do a chargeback asap.

    Oh ok, my items got shipped in 3 days.

    So judging from your situation, they are probably trying to get stock off their supplier and maybe getting continuously told they will have stock tomorrow and not delivering. As such coolicool is trying to delay you as much as possible so you don't cancel your order.

    You should just chargeback on paypal or CC or whatever you paid with. Or try and contact them and threaten them to do so first.

      I think this thread mostly falls into the "Okay" category.

      Okay: CompanyName sold me SomeProduct, took 8 weeks to deliver, and turned out to be something else

    I am having hard time to get my money back as well.. I am even trying to get it thru paypal.. but its not working..

    that's weird to hear. i bought a ulefone armor phone from them in late 2018 i think it came very quickly to me and was fine.
